What is the time-frame for submission of my performance and payment bonds, and insurance?

• Answer:
The performance and payment bonds, and insurance may be submitted and executed anytime after the bid opening. However, once the contract is awarded, the contractor is to electronically sign the contract and return the executed performance and payment bond within 10 days in accordance with Publication 408, Section 103.05.
