Design Build Right-of-Way• Question:
In the case where a project is completed but there is litigation associated with the project's right-of-way, to what extent is the design-build team still involved in this case?

• Answer:

If a right-of-way claim ended up in condemnation, either the design-build team will be released from the project if there are no other outstanding issues as defined by the terms of the contract and the contractor exercised due diligence or a work order will be prepared to continue services.
