Technical Proposal• Question:
I need to edit my Technical Proposal after I've already Submitted it to the Department. Why don't I see a link to Submit it again after I edit it?

• Answer:
Once the Technical Proposal is submitted, changes can be made as long as the Technical Proposal due date hasn't passed. In order to make changes, the workflow button must be used to place the proposal in Revision status. Once all revisions are made the workflow button must then again be used to indicate that revisions are complete.
