Are there minimum requirements for a design consultant and peer review consultant?

• Answer:
The minimum requirements for a design consultant and peer review consultant are to meet the contract requirements and challenges that are stated in the design criteria. The only qualification is that the lead design consultant and peer review consultant must both be registered business partners in the Consultant Agreement System.
