Consultant Inspection• Question:
Some Districts are not including specific start dates for 2008 projects. How should we handle those projects with regards to requesting any necessary relief? What if between the time of selection and the anticipated start date listed in the Advertisement, the consultant or District learn that the project will be delayed by more than 10 work days, can relief be request early to allow the consultant to better react to project delays?

• Answer:
No! Relief should be requested at the time it is needed for an indiviidual to be on the project not prior.
