When is the cut off for asking technical questions on a project?

• Answer:
The system limits the time in which questions can be asked and answered based on the project type. All questions must be asked through the project bid package screen. Standard and Municipal Projects' questions may not be asked after 11:00 a.m. on the Monday before the let. For Emergency projects, questions may not be asked after 4 p.m. the day prior to the let.
