Design Build Bid Preparation• Question:
Is there a Question and Answer period between the Technical Approach due date and the bid proposal due date to allow the design-build team to obtain clarity (such as on the Design Criteria, etc) before they submit the contractor’s bid?

• Answer:
No. The question period will typically close one week prior to the Technical Approach being due. This should allow three weeks for questions to be asked in ECMS Wave 4 by the lead contractor.
