Consultant Qualifications Package• Question:
General Information - Is the personnel by discipline for the parent company (if this is the company that is uspposed to be written in section 1) or the offices in Pennsylvania (or the offices that would do work for Pennsylvania)?

• Answer:
Each office will have its own sheet. Page 1 is for information regarding the corporate office. Page 2 may be repeated as many times as necessary for all other offices that would work in Pennsylvania.
