How will payments be made to the contractor?

• Answer:
Payments are Lump Sum based, not based on item quantities.
Special Bidding - Design - Build, Section 1X, requires the contractor to submit a scheduled of values for lump sum design and constructi items where indicated in the individual Measurement and Payment Section. The current functioning of the CS NexGen System necessitates that all schedule of values where required, must be approved before the first contract estimate can be processed.
