| Up/Down Arrows (icon) |
When the user clicks the up arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the top of the screen view. When the user clicks the down arrow at the top left corner of the display, they are taken to the bottom of the screen view.
TIP: The function buttons such as BACK, EDIT, and SAVE are always located at the extreme bottom of the screen. Use the down arrow to quickly move to the buttons you need. |
| Item Number (link) |
When the user clicks this link, they are taken to the Work Order Item screen. |
| Item History (icon) |
When the user clicks the 'history' icon to the right of the item number, they are taken to the Item History screen for the specified item on this project. The history is for the project only and does not show historical cost data for the item on any other project or work order. |
| Just (link) |
When the user clicks this link, they are taken to the Work Order Item Cost Justification screen. |
| Move (button) |
When the user selects one or more items, chooses a work order from the Copy/Move To drop down list, and clicks this button, the selected items are removed from the current work order and added to the work order selected in the Copy/Move To field.
Both work orders must be in Draft status. If no work orders exist in Draft status, the drop-down list and the Move button are hidden. |
| Copy (button) |
When the user selects one or more items, chooses a work order from the Copy/Move To drop down list, and clicks this button, the selected items are copied from the current work order to the work order selected in the Copy/Move To field. The copied items remain on this work order as well.
Both work orders must be in Draft status. If no work orders exist in Draft status, the drop-down list and the Copy button are hidden. |
| Back (button) |
When the user clicks this button, they are returned to the previous screen in the browser history. |
| Add (link/button) |
When the user chooses an option and clicks this button, they are taken to the Authorization Item/Special Provision Selection screen in create mode. The screen is displayed for new items/provisions or existing items/provisions based on the Add link the user selects. |
| Delete (button) |
When the user selects one or more items and clicks this button, the selected items are deleted from the work order. When the project data source is CDS NextGen, this button is only available for a Workspace Work Oder. |
| Balance (button) |
When the user selects one or more items from the list and clicks this button, the selected items are balanced (that is, their quantities are zeroed out on this work order). When the project data source is CDS NextGen, this button is only available for a Workspace Work Oder. |
| Get Justification (button) |
When the user selects one or more items from the list and clicks this button, the Item Cost Justification(s) from the Workspace Work Order are copied to the selected work order items, provided the item number and item type match. |
