View Course Calendar (Monthly)

<BLOCKQUOTE>This screen is part of the References subsystem and provides access to Course Detail Information about specific courses displayed in a visual calendar display. The Training Calendar ‘Monthly Course Calendar’ Screen provides part of the Training Calendar functionality and is accessed from the Course Calendar Link on the Training Calendar Home Page under the REFERENCES heading. The Monthly Course Calendar’ screen is displayed listing the name for each course.

Actions

Action Description
Click TODAY button When the user clicks on the TODAY button, the monthly calendar is displayed for the current date.
Click TWO DAYS button When the user clicks on the TWO DAYS button, a two day calendar is displayed.
Click ONE WEEK button When the user clicks on the ONE WEEK button, a one week calendar is displayed
Click TWO WEEKS button When the user clicks on the TWO WEEKS button, a two week calendar is displayed.
Click on ONE MONTH button When the user clicks on the ONE MONTH button, the monthly calendar will be displayed.
Click PREV button When the user clicks on the PREV button, the previous month calendar view is displayed.
Click on NEXT button When the user clicks on the NEXT button, the next month calendar view is displayed.
Click on DESK CALENDAR icon When the user clicks on the Desk Calendar icon, a ‘year-at-glance” calendar will be displayed.
Click on the Course Name link. When the user clicks on Course Name link, the Course Details for the selected course will be displayed.
Click on the Day number When the user clicks on the Day Number link, a two day calendar is displayed.
