Work Orders Cycle Time Report

<H2 class=form>Description</H2>
<BLOCKQUOTE>This screen is part of the Contractor Services subsystem and provides a report showing the average number of days Work Orders stay in each workflow status. It reports average days at a Category, Change Type, and Major/Minor level. The number of days begins counting from when a Work Order Authorization for Contract Work is submitted, are split into day intervals for each Work Order Status, and stop counting when the Work Order is approved (with or without FHWA concurrence if applicable). The Cycle Time Report screen provides part of the Work Order Processing functionality and is accessed from the report selection on the Work Orders homepage. The report can be generated based on user defined criteria selected on the Work Orders home page. A per-work order cycle time report can be generated from the Work Order screen by selecting "Work Order Cycle Time" report from the Go links and clicking the Go button.
