The available capacity of the contractor must be greater than the bid amount for the contractor to pass the financial capacity check on the Contract Awards Checklist. If the available capacity is within ten percent of the maximum capacity, the "Within 10% of Maximum" field is displayed as Yes.
Note: Because this is a real-time report, the Available Capacity may change from one run of the report to the next, for example, if the contractor receives an estimated payment.

This label describes the work class code identified for the item as it relates to the contractor. The labels are defined below:
Qualified - The total and percentage are listed for items for which the contractor is prequalified.
Not Qualified - The total and percentage are listed for items for which the contractor is not prequalified.
Z Items - The total and percentage are listed for items that have a Z work class code assigned.
X Items - The total and percentage are listed for items that have an X work class code assigned.
ZZ Items - The total and percentage are listed for items that have a ZZ work class code assigned.
Total Qualified - The total and percentage are listed for all Qualified Items listed plus all Z Items Listed.
Unidentified - The total and percentage are listed for all items that did not fall into any of the above categories.
