Description

This report can be accessed from the Go links on the Contract Awards screen. The report is created dynamically and is not stored in the ECMS database as a 'point in time' snapshot. This allows the report to be re-created if the financial capacity of the apparent low bidder changes, for example, if they receive a payment. If the apparent low bidder is a joint venture, the user selects one business partner for whom to run the report via a dialog box displayed when they select the report entry from the Go links of the Contract Awards screen.

The report computes the contractor's qualified percentage by summing all qualified items in the bid (from the construction items tables) then subtracting the specialty items and mobilization costs. Subcontracted items are also subtracted.

The item numbers displayed on this report provide hyperlinks to the item details screen for the construction items. The business partner name links to the Prequalified Contractor screen.

This report is part of the Contract Awards subsystem and provides part of the Reports functionality.
