Frequently Asked Question

Consultant Inspection Question:
Most statements in the ECMS-FAQ's or the Process Control language itself refer the NTP date or some other obscure date as the basis for the 2 week "Substitution" or "relief" provisions of the new Process Control. At the Fall Process Control training meetings, it was said that the 2 week dates would be given as a roll-out plan statement in the ECMS Advertisements, with an actual date as the basis for the 2 week criteria. If no date is given, then the 2 week criteria does not apply. A consultant cannot be held responsible to staff a project with the people in their proposal, if the specific date for staffing is not in the advertisement.

Answer:
All advertisements are to list the anticipated NTP date for the agreement or project. This date will be used for the 2 week criteria.
