Why does ECMS not let me process a change in the evenings? Why do I time out?

• Answer:
ECMS runs backups and maintenance in the evenings. You may have some problems with timing out or processing a change or update if you are trying to work in ECMS during scheduled maintenance times. You can still view data without impact.
