Can Prime Consultant be the Peer Reviewer for a subconsultant’s work on a project?

• Answer:
No. The prime consultant is ultimately responsible for the work of the subconsultant. Therefore the Prime cannot conduct the peer review for the work that they are ultimately responsible for.
