How do I ask technical questions on a project?

• Answer:
1. First, you must be logged on.
2. Then go into the Go Solicitation/Contractors/Bid Packages/Bid Packages by let Date(next 52 weeks).
3. Locate the project you want.
4. Click on the let date and time for the project. (note: If you click on project number you will get an unauthorized error message).
5. Once in the Bid Package scroll down to Questions and Responses immediately before question 1.
6. Look to the right of the screen and click on the "new" button.
7. Fill in the required fields, then click on the submit button located at the top of the screen.
