Will the DM-4 Criteria for reviews (District vs. C.O.) be used for design-build reviews (Owner’s perspective)?

• Answer:

Yes. If a peer review consultant is used on the project, the Design Manual 4 criteria review will be done by the peer reviewer and the owner's perspective review and approval will follow standard operating procedures of Table 1.9 in Design Manual 4.
o If a peer review consultant is not used, then the review and approval will follow standard operating procedures of Table 1.9 in Design Manual 4.
