Frequently Asked Question

Design Build Review Question:
What is the Owner's Perspective review?

Answer:

The Owner's Perspective Review is a review performed by the Department and FHWA (as appropriate) to determine that the plans and calculations have been developed in conformance with Department criteria and standards and peer reviewed in conformance with the Quality ControlPlan – Design Special Provision. Unless discrepancies are found in the plans, calculations, or QC process, the Owner’s Perspective review is not to be in-depth.
