I'm logged in as BP Administrator, why can I only see Advertisements, Legal Agreements and Planned Projects?

• Answer:
The BP Administrator can create user accounts for the BP, change passwords, delete users, and edit BP admin info. The BP Administrator only has rights to the same functions as a public user when viewing ECMSII
