Question:
What will be done after the project is let and it is determined that a property owner will not settle as the project schedule anticipated?

Answer:
The design-build team will be encouraged to design and construct as appropriate without the parcel. However if the contract indicated that the property in question would be available for construction, the contractor may be eligible for a change condition or claim.
