Why is the prime consultant responsible if a subconsultant’s certification runs out during a project?

• Answer:
The prime consultant will not be responsible even for a partial sanction, if a subconsultant’s certification runs out during a project. However, the prime is responsible to ensure all staff have resumes to support their classification and wage rate at the time of current wage rate / resume submission.
