Design Build Bid Preparation• Question:
Will there be different DBE goals for design and construction portion of the project or an overall goal?

• Answer:
At this time, the Department will use an overall goal for the project. The overall project DBE Goal will be developed by examining the design and construction portions of the project and then combining the goals into one overall project percentage goal. The design-build team has the discretion to determine how they will meet the DBE goal for the project.
