Design Build Team• Question:
Can the Peer Reviewer be responsible for reviewing one element of the project (such as MPT) and complete design activities for a different element of the project (such as foundation design)?

• Answer:
Generally it will not be permitted. The only exception would be if there are two peer review subconsultants on the design-build team. The second peer review would have to review design by peer reviewer #1.
